SALARY OFFERED:
- on start: fixed 2.200€ + 30% sales bonuses
- after training (approx. 3-6 months): fixed 2.500€ + 30% sales bonuses
- there is no upper limit on sales bonuses; a skilled person can reach bonus levels of approx. 100% of the fixed salary over time
The fixed salary component is the minimum base component of the salary.

YOUR MAIN TASKS IN SHORT?
- responsibility for sales activities for the sale of electromechanical components
- approaching new customers and looking after existing ones
- using the technical sales method
- processing quotations and orders
- working with an internal CRM
- reporting on sales activities
- the main market is Hungary

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF OUR CLIENT COMPANY:
Successfully operating company in the market for almost 35 years, distributor of electronic components.
DRIVER'S LICENSE:
- driving licence cat. B (for business trips)
EDUCATION:
- secondary school with school-leaving exam
- post-secondary vocational education
- higher education – bachelor's degree
- higher education – master's degree
EDUCATION SPECIALISATION/FIELD:
- Ideally electrical engineering specialization, but practical experience in a similar field can substitute for formal education.
PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- a salesperson with good communication skills
- good negotiation skills
- an independent person
- a responsible person
- no need for an established procedure - able to assess a situation and create one’s own system
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Hungarian: native
- English: B2 (so that the person is able to communicate in English and understands the content of training sessions, which are in English)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- experience will be assessed individually
