Office manager in BA center 3 days a week: 1.500€/month with 3-4 months contract for a large pharma company (Ref.: OM413)

PLACE OF WORK:
- agreement-based (Temporary jobs)
- trade license (SZČO)
- 1.500€ per month 3 working days per week with contract period 3-4 months
- additional time might be required and will be paid extra at the same per-hour rate (1.500€/(3 days a week x 8 hours a day x 4 weeks in a month)=15,63€ per hour)
- 3-4 months + there might an option to cooperate after this period (it depends on regional management decisions)

YOUR MAIN TASKS IN SHORT?
- e-mail communication with our partners and distributors
- telephone communication with clients and partners in Slovak and English
- organizational tasks around office and meetings/visits
- finance & administration (mail, payments, invoicing)
- ad-hoc tasks

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR CLIENT:
Large company in pharma industry that is category market leader in some countries.
PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- you are loyal person
- you have good communication skills
- you are proactive person
- Slovak (C1-C2) AND English language (B2): You will need to be able to communicate via phone and email to provide help and support to clients and partners + communicate with company management.
- German language is not mandatory but is welcome too.
- experience in business administration or similar role to Office manager is required
